The Sötern primary school in the national park community of Nohfelden was converted and expanded in accordance with the highest sustainability standards set by the “German Sustainable Building Council” (DGNB). Here, economics, ecology and social issues are in harmony. Our structural team was significantly involved in this pioneering project and laid the foundation for the new school.

As part of the renovation of the daycare center in Roxheim, we were able to carry out comprehensive construction work, which made a decisive contribution to the modernization and improvement of the facility.

A beautifully renovated apartment building shines in the picturesque surroundings of Trier Ehrang. The fresh, modern façade of the house blends harmoniously with the charming neighborhood and gives the building an inviting appearance. The exterior plaster, carefully applied, not only protects the building fabric, but also provides an appealing look that delights both residents and visitors. Inside, the plaster was also renewed with the highest precision. The bright, friendly walls create a pleasant living atmosphere and offer tenants a comfortable home. The combination of modern design and functional design makes the apartments an ideal retreat. Through our expertise, we were able to make a significant contribution to upgrading this apartment building. The renovation is not only an investment in the property, but also in the residents' quality of life. We are proud to have completed this project and are pleased that the apartment building is now shining in new splendor.

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the new building of a modern B&B hotel in Idar-Oberstein. This project represents a significant contribution to the region's tourist infrastructure and offers guests comfortable and welcoming accommodation. As part of the construction project, we carried out a variety of demanding works, which form the basis for the quality and durability of the hotel.

With the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a place of encounter and reflection was created. The church also warmly welcomes non-members. In addition to the church service room, which was designed for up to 300 people, a connection to the multi-purpose hall allows an extension for up to 600 people for conferences and special occasions. A baptismal font and a family history center are also available.

This project included the construction of a modern steel building, the roofing of the degassing systems and the installation of a tent hall, supplemented by new paving areas.

Villa Horbach is a very nice project to show what our national park and gemstone town of Idar-Oberstein has to offer: Old villas, often used as a grinding workshop. Unfortunately barely noticed for decades. This requires courage and a vision from the client. Like the Horbach family here! Today, the property in the immediate vicinity of the HAHN BAU GROUP is an exclusive hotel owned by enthusiastic customers. And the expansion is continuing, as shown by the inauguration of the new “The Workshop” area. We are very happy about that!
