Project details
Our services included shell construction and exterior plastering, which provided a solid basis for further work.
As part of the project, we carried out an excavation of a total of 650 m³ in order to create the necessary conditions for the new construction phases.
Another important part of our work was the creation of the floor slab with an area of 410 m² in concrete class C25/30, which is known for its high strength and durability.
In addition, we have built 36.5 cm thick lightweight concrete walls over an area of 300 m², which not only provide excellent insulation but also contribute to the stability of the building.
Pumice stones were used for the interior walls. They are characterized by their lightness and good thermal insulation, which results in a pleasant indoor climate in the daycare center.
We are proud to have contributed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for the children in Roxheim and look forward to future projects that promote community wellbeing.
