One of the biggest challenges in construction is to coordinate the crafts and trades in time. We combine all trades with our own staff, from shell construction to plastering and stucco work, from drywall to paintwork. And if we do not carry out trades by ourselves we prefer to recommend experienced partners.

Plaster and stucco
With our stucco and plaster department. Climate protection has no time to waste. Feel free to ask us about our composite thermal insulation systems (WDVS)!

Sötern primary school
The Sötern primary school in the national park community of Nohfelden was converted and expanded in accordance with the highest DGNB sustainability standards. We were there with our construction team and virtually laid the foundation.
Our services: floor replacement with 524 m³, floor plate with 681 m² (C25/30), WU floor plate with 100 m² (C25/30), concrete wall with 150 m² prefabricated elements (C25/30), a reinforced concrete ceiling with 103 m² with 25 cm thickness (C25/30) and sand-lime brick built on 50 m².
Trier Süd apartment building
Not far from the city center of Trier, there are two real eye-catchers with these two apartment buildings. Even though the buildings have been used intensively for several years, the 2500 m² of exterior plaster in distinctive broom strokes and various mottos in the corridors, sometimes with photo wallpaper, show the high quality of our finishing work — both outside and inside.
Odernheim Fire Department
This building is banging! With the signal red paint on 1500 m² of exterior plaster, we were once again able to make our contribution to safety in the region. The profitability of our services is not only characterized by longevity, but public tenders also show that we do not have to shy away from comparison.
Realschule plus Thalfang
Quality and quantity: With this project in Thalfang, we were nominated for the Brillux Design Award in 2019. Among 700 submissions, we took 2nd place in the interior concept work category! With 4500 m² of painting of lime cement plaster walls, 2600 m² of expanded metal had to be applied, 2800 m² of wall surfaces plastered and filled, 3800 m² of fleece wallpapered, 2800 m² of drywall ceilings and 2500 m² of staircases painted. The crowd alone shows that not many can do that. We do!
