B&B Hotel Idar-Oberstein
Project details
Our most important services included:
- Reinforced concrete reinforcement: We used 70 m³ reinforced concrete reinforcement in concrete class C25/30 to ensure the structural integrity of the building.
- Floor plate: The creation of a sturdy floor plate with an area of 640 m² was another important step that formed the basis for the entire building.
- Reinforced concrete walls: For the walls of the hotel, we used 785 m² of reinforced concrete elements, which not only offer high stability but also enable quick and efficient construction.
- Masonry: We have built a total of 1,430 m² of KS masonry with a thickness of 20 cm and 320 m² with a thickness of 24 cm to ensure optimal thermal insulation and sound insulation.
- Reinforced concrete ceilings: The hotel's ceilings were constructed with 3,240 m² of reinforced concrete in class C20/25, which ensures high load-bearing capacity and safety.
- Mild steel meshes and round steel: A total of 90 tons of structural steel meshes and 70 tons of round steel were used to support the stability and durability of the structure.
We are proud to have made a significant contribution to this project with our expertise and experience.
The newly built B&B hotel will not only offer guests a pleasant stay, but will also contribute to the economic development of the Idar-Oberstein region.
We would like to thank everyone involved for the excellent cooperation and look forward to future projects that we can implement together.
