Our challenge

We see ourselves as a small, sustainable family business and have grown significantly in recent years. Our customers include industry and commerce or public clients who have special requirements for their construction. Sales have risen sharply and the number of employees has multiplied within just a few years. We now have around 80 employees. Now we want to structure, optimize and consolidate ourselves. The HAHN BAU GROUP, which bundles central services for customers and employees under one roof, makes an important contribution to this. For our cross-union craft business, we are now looking for another construction manager with a focus on interior design.

Your tasks and personality

You are on the road as construction manager for the shell in our craft business, Hahn Bau GmbH. You work closely with our construction managers, such as Dennis, Florian and Carlos, as well as our polishers and convoy leaders from the various trades. You also have many points of contact with our construction team: Be it through turnkey construction projects or in the security sector. Together, you ensure that the execution meets our quality standards and that the time targets are achieved. You will be supported by Rias or work closely with Dennis and Marcel when preparing offers and tenders, measurements, statements and other calculation questions.

With your positive, appreciative manner, you coordinate the activities of our executing employees on construction sites. You are the haven of peace when things get hectic, drive and motivate when things need to go faster. You enjoy working in a team, getting involved. But you can also find quick solutions yourself if things don't work out the way you initially planned. Your understanding of the other trades helps you to use the available resources carefully and optimally. With your sense of numbers, you can quickly see how much material and employees are needed and also know how to act with foresight. When it comes to purchasing, Stefan's team is available to you, who will also take care of warehouse and logistics planning for you.

Your professional experience of at least five to ten years will help you with the following tasks:

• Dealing with clients
• Measurement and billing of construction sites
• Ordering and coordinating materials for construction sites
• Deployment planning and management of industrial personnel and trainees as well as coordination of subcontractors
• Quality management: coordination and monitoring of construction projects
• Initiating and monitoring occupational safety and health protection measures
• Correspondence in accordance with VOB/B with clients, subcontractors and builders
• Supplement management: handling of service specifications, preliminary and post-calculation

It would be perfect if, with your interest and fun in social media activities, you would help us to give us interesting insights into our construction sites and work in the craft sector.

Your qualifications

• Training as a mason or similar combined with a master's examination or study in civil engineering or comparable qualifications
• Specialization in project management, construction engineering, construction drawing or similar desirable
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Driving license class B, forklift license, truck (including modules) desirable
• Safety Requirements: First Aid Course
• Profound knowledge of building materials and equipment
• A high degree of self-organization as well as an independent, structured and binding way of working
• Sensibility to sustainability and certification requirements for a high-quality value chain
